Report a bug
If something is not working as expected, we want to know about it. A good bug report helps us fix the problem faster. Please include the following when writing to us: the name of the tool, the steps you took before the issue occurred, what you expected to happen versus what actually happened, your browser name and version, your operating system, and the file format and approximate size if a file was involved.
Screenshots of the issue are very helpful. However, please do not send files that contain sensitive or personal information. If the issue is specific to a particular file type, mentioning the format and size is usually sufficient for us to reproduce the problem.
Feature requests
We welcome suggestions for new tools and improvements to existing ones. Utilavo currently offers over 50 tools across PDF, Image, and Developer categories, and we are always looking for ways to expand the collection.
When suggesting a feature, it helps to describe the problem you are trying to solve and how you currently work around it. Feature requests are reviewed regularly, and popular suggestions are prioritized for future development. Send your ideas to [email protected].
Common questions
Are my files safe?
Yes. Browser-based tools process files entirely on your device without any network transfer. Server-based tools upload files over encrypted HTTPS, process them in isolation, and delete everything immediately after the result is returned. No files are stored, logged, or shared. Is Utilavo really free?
Every tool on Utilavo is completely free with no subscriptions, premium tiers, or hidden costs. There are no usage limits, no watermarks on processed files, and no features locked behind a paywall. The service is supported by non-intrusive advertising. Learn more on our About page.
What is the file size limit?
Server-based tools accept files up to 50 MB per file. This limit applies to all upload-based tools across PDF, image, and document conversion categories. Browser-based tools are limited only by your device's available memory, so they can typically handle larger files.
How do I use a specific tool?
Browse the full collection at our Tools page or use the search in the site header to find what you need. Each tool page includes clear instructions and a file upload area or input fields to get started immediately.
